I was drinking about 10-15 tablespoons of ACV per day for a few months I have seen great results with my candida like symptoms. About a week ago my feet and hands started aching and Im wondering if this has anything to do with the ACV. Ive never had aching feet and hands. I cut back and it seems to have lessened but Im not sure of this correlation because the aching feet and hands didnt happen every day. ALso this aching feeling mostly happens at night after I've been asleep for a while, like about 3am. ANyone have any ideas? thanks
