I only started taking ACV yesterday and I gave it to my son as well.
He had stomach cramps this morning after drinking ACV with orange juice on an empty stomach (2 teespons to 1 glass). Does anyone has eperianced something similar? I don't know if I should carry on giving it to him and is it ok on an empty stomach.
