Cannot imagine why, after just one dose, you had such a severe reaction - there was a time some time ago that I was taking, first thing in the am on an empty stomach, as suggested by the ACV people, one TBS of the vinegar in just 8 ounces of filtered water and down the hatch - no problem, no horrible taste, just down the hatch.

So, cannot imagine why you reacted so severely.

Also, they told me that the honey, molasses, etc., is not REQUIRED for the health affect - that it is just for those who cannot or will not accept the taste of vinegar.
