Thank you so much for those links! I have never really inquired as to why ACV should be so good -- my sister-in-law took the capsules and lost weight -- I was surprised by this, as she is not nutritionally knowledgeable, but I was never curious.

So, I do thank you again -- fortunately, I have a bottle of Bragg's in my fridge; I find it tough to take, but will give it another try. The benefits sound wonderful and worth the effort.
