I started a blog to look into this very question. I believe ACV balances the alkaline/acid of ones body and gives the body a chance to heal itself. It is not a cure all but ACV has become my main dietary supplement. Some people like the taste but there are several ways to make it easier to drink. My latest concoction is 3 parts ACV/3 parts blueberry nectar/1 teaspoon of cinnamon. I am going to try nettles and ACV when spring allows me to grow them.
