I use the Bragg brand. I take about 3-4 tablespoons in 64 oz of water 3-4 times a day (so 9-12 tablespoons or so total per day, I don't measure exactly). Often instead of water I use a homemade fresh brewed iced green tea (I was doing this the same way before the ACV).
