Thank you! If I am reading some of your blogs correctly, 2tsp of ACV to an 8oz glass of water? Or can you just take it straight from the spoon? I can't mix honey in it right now as it will affect the master cleanse...even introducing the vinegar is a bit of a variation, but since the Master-Cleanse is so extreme, and mainly for cleansing purposes, it seem like a natural fit to add this.

I bought Eden Organic ACV, Aged in Wood, Naturally fermented, Unpasteurized, Raw. this seemed beeter than the Heinz stuff I have in the fridge.
