I especially like the idea of 'coffee' made with herbal ACV (I use the good stuff)
and blackstrap molasses.

One of my favorites is nettle vinegar. I grow nettles inside in container - and outside in summer. Lots of great minerals -- you can almost fast on this stuff. Another favorite is pineapple vinegar. Good in salsa, or just in water. warm or cold.
