Hi everybody i am new to this forum and I would like to start taking ACV daily.I have heard about that it is good foe cleaning artieries,what is it beneficial for other things?How much should I take it daily is a 1 tbl spoon at the morning on an empty stomach good plan?Thanks for any advice and opinions.
