I have been told I can remove moles with ACV, by placing it on a cotton ball putting it on the mole and placing a bandaid over it..I am trying it..

Now I found this forum which I didn't know was here, and I have been reading about drinking it and it's many benefits.
do I drink it before or after meals, it seems everybody uses dif. amounts with water so I guess 2 tsp,3xday.
do you need to refigerate it or what. there is alot of confusion.to that matter.
