Man this stuff is awesome! I first got it to use on my hair to get the red out from my water. Then I decided to drink it after reading all this great stuff! I've never felt better, I have more energy, and I think it's even helping me sleep better. I used to have a terrible time falling asleep, and once I finally did fall asleep, I would keep waking up. Now I sleep throught the whole night. Awesome. And, I have, well had, terrible dandruff. But I used ACV on my scalp every day for a week, and now every three or four days, and I haven't had to use my dandruff shampoo once.

I love it, love it, love it....even if I do smell like salad dressing HA HA!!
