I thought I had candida, and from the spit test it seemed i did, so was wary of The Master Cleanse and ACV, but felt awful the other week and tried Shelley's Cleansing Drink and it did wonders for me, i felt better within the hour, plus my skin looked radiant, also, BMs are totally normal after taking it.
It doesnt seem to aggravate candida at all.
I am also taking coconut oil too though, which is supposed to be antibacterial and therefore quite good for candida - i had frequent vaginal yeast infections, but since taking the coconut oil on a regular basis, its been fine.
