Cool to know,I had some on my salid tonight with olive oil!
I had a blood test for cholesterol,and I was borderline at 145.
I started using olive oil in everything I cooked,frying eggs,rice...everything.
Well,I just got my new results back and they are 125,the norm is 124 (I think).
NOT BAD EH!?
