This is interesting. I did the fast for 10 days and I just felt the physical symtoms of headache, dizziness, and so forth. I on the other hand did not see anything weard with my bowls. I had yellow butt pea and that is about it. I'm a very healthy eater and a vegetarian, Could that be the reason I didn't detox so severly?
