I usually add the cayenne when I am ready to drink ,or it's gonna be a hottie!
Sometimes a hottie is cool...

I have a thermos that has a 'creamer' compartment in the lid...everyone laughs when I pour my drink and then open the cool little compartment & scoop out the C with a baskin robbins spoon...!
