Hi...everyone's different....sometimes it may get a bit rough, though ya gotta go through it. This is the first time in your life that your body is going through a cleansing process. Think about how many years of toxins that are being washed away. You can expect the symptoms...if you are a coffee drinker/addict then that could have a bearing on it ,too...sorry you have to go through that.

otherwise ride it out...you are on your way to feeling soooo good!

Drink lots ,including water in between, to help the toxins along.
