Hi, the headaches come from the body detoxing itself. Drink plenty of water, light exercise if you can tolerate it and plenty of rest. The headache is a sign that the cleanse is starting to work. Mine lasted 3 days, but was bearable by the third. Day 4 and you'll feel GREAT! Hang in there, be kind to yourself, important work is going on inside of you. Good Luck
