Consuming the SW was not all that bad for me, it was the uncomfortable feeling of having a full system of salt water and waiting for it to exit – I had cramping (it didn’t last long) the cramping actually symbolized the end of the wait. The elimination feeling was great!!

I implemented a pre-fast diet for three days prior to starting the MC, included was a Liver Flush every morning followed by a diet of high raw foods and fiber supplement. I plan to do a Liver Flush at the end of my cleanse.

As everyone has mentioned, I too was mesmerized by what came out of my body during my liver flush. I knew exactly what I had eaten in the last days and there was more then that coming out of me. YUCK!
