This seems to be a question on a lot of peoples mind. I have eaten the seeds of the apple since I was a teenager. I have scoped around the net and discovered only one case where a person DELIBERATELY ate one full cup of seeds in one sitting and died. When was the last time you heard of someone dying from apple seed poisoning? Doesn't happen. How many seeds in a cup? Hundreds? How many in an apple? A few? By the way, I seem to be fine and have no ill effects from the seeds. In fact, if you drink cider from a press or juice whole apples you have consumed crushed seeds in the form of juice.
