I successfully made it 21 days on the Master-Cleanse and was so proud of myself. I ended up having major liver/galbladder pain shortly after. I am guessing this is due to the lack of fat in my diet and the overproduction of bile? is this correct. I am now doing the Liver Cleanse but I am disappointed that it turned out this way. I now have night sweats and am not feeling well overall. I suppose the Master-Cleanse helped me see that there was more going on in my body.
My question is will I ever be able to tolerate another Master-Cleanse or do I have to focus more on my liver?
