Thanks very much for sharing your experiences. The fact that you only gained 2lbs back is stupendous! I am on day 10 of my 1st major cleanse, as I did 3 days a week prior to this longer fast. Did you have any stomach upset when you stopped the fast? Did you stop with the orange juice or something else?
