I am starting on the Master-Cleanse for the second time. I did it about 3 months ago for 10 days. I am hoping to go for a bit longer than that this time. My goal is to lose weight and cleanse my body. Last time I did it I lost 10 pounds, but then gained it all back when I went back to eating junk food again. I'm not going to do that this time because I want this cleanse to be worth it.
Today is my day one.
