hey just so you know you pretty much rock!!! Thank you so much this info is exactly what i was looking for. another quick question is it bad for the cayenna pepper to get hot. oh ok the other thing is 4/5th is almost a teaspoon right?so that was for 9 glasses. i put in 3 teaspoons for 9 glasses. am i following you so far? ok so why isn't my body having more of a reaction. in fact the last time i MC'ed i felt the same way as if nothing was moving. so is my math right? or is this a duh question?
