That's what I figured. I actually have done two Liver-Flush since on the MC. I have had no ill effects.I felt I needed this although it wasn't recomended. I think I will continue to do them even while on Master-Cleanse because I think it must be a big problem. This has been the 1st time I have had the stabbing pains though. They have went away as of this morning. Thank goodness. I am at day 22 today. Never thought I could make it this far. I have lost 23 lbs as of now and I am feeling really well for the most part. It's nice when your feeling a little down and you get on the scale to see you've lost a few lbs. It gives you a little more inspiration to keep on going. well Thanks so much for your input...
