way to go on the raw diet!

That makes sense about the liquid providing a terrific jumpstart...

I grow little Hawaiian peppers and use them often. I usually dry them and
mortar them for the Master-Cleanse , raw and mortar'd they are so %$#@& hot!!!!

When I cut them up for cooking and get some on my finger I find that even the next day I will scratch my eye brow or something and still feel the heat.

My last 45 day cleanse I experimented with fresh pepper and powdered. I found it's easier to handle more of the powder and I was adding as much as 1/2-1 teaspoon to the Master-Cleanse Cocktail. This resulted in my rectal revelation that the cayenne not only 'aided' in eliminations it quadrupled them and I realized that I could omit the tea and swf if I so chose. Not only did the eliminations increase , the sludge that was being released was also increased. I had 4" ropes of slude coming out.

The powder in the system,like when you make the lemonade in bulk, blooms. I think this blooming is integral in the success of the cleanse via the formula Stanley endoctrinated. Thus my leaning toward the powder.

I am doing a 30 dayer in October and will be atempting to do it w/out any tea or salt.

If I encounter issues I will immediately resort to my smoothe move and the swf, however I believe that the cayenne will be fine and I won't be destroying my bacteria.

As ya'll know , I'm a major proponet of the book...it states that the tea and swf are "Aids". I listened to Stanley on the radio 25 years ago(vets have already heard this over and over)and he pushes 3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper per day,even off the cleanse. Now did Stanley even know about HTUs? Was he using the wimpy 50,0000 HTU or what? Would he ever attempt 90k or the all powerfull 250k(the stuff I grow)?

I bet he would!

As for the mangos, I can see them growing outside my window...you're welcome to come pick some anytime!!
