If Udo's or other probiotics does not help, you might want to consider a better quality and more effective probiotic. One that contains live bacteria and have 12 strains of bacteria. It is also protected from the stong stomach acids with a cellulose fibre gel (not gelatin - animal content). The formula is vegetarian and does not contain the milk protein suitable for lactose intolerant individuals.
