Dear KarenMarie,

Anybody can be allergic to anything (there are a lot of different things in the super food), but your statement "It could have been a niacin flush...maybe I got more in today's scoop than usual," really makes me wonder. Niacin can definitely cause those symptoms. I've had them myself. The first time I took it I was terrified. Fortunately, my partner was here at the time, and he asked if I had taken niacin. I forgot that he had had those reactions!
