Udo's products are all very very good and his company is trustworthy! I'd stay away from colonics for now - get that area seeded with the probiotics. I'd stay away from dairy, use the intestinal 2 - lots of water, and clean up my diet. YOu may want to add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, acv, before major meals with a few drops of cayenne, to help digestion.
