for drinking, I use natural water, water that I purchase in 5 or 10 liter containers. (the bigger container,the less it will polute water.) The best are reciclable containers, as they are made of plastic that is much higher quality, then plastic used for disposable containers.
I use brands: "Osa", "Imsdal" & "Fyresdal" ... common & easily avilable brands in Norway.
You should get brands that are avilable in your country.
Price in Norway for 2 liters is ~$1. In my house, we spend $2.50 /daily for water. That is OK for us.
I rarely drink more then 2 or max 3 liters of water daily, because I often eat soups and I often drink fresh vegetable juices.
I don't believe that destilled water is better then natural spring water.
I would prefer filtrated water (reverse osmoses), then destilled water, as the level of processing is lower.
But, that is just my opinion.
