I finished a 2 1/2 Bowel Cleanse with herbs and colonics, felt great doing it, now that its over
I feel like before, constipated, brain fog and not in the best of moods. I don't know what's going on. Should I buy
more herbs, maybe it wasn't long enough. I felt better than ever while on the cleanse and I want to get
that feeling back. I would appreciate any insight you have. Thanks Niki
