I was browsing through these old posts and had to let you know that the first few times I took the superfood I had a bad rash on my elbows, ears, knees, buttocks and felt flushed! I thought it was an allergy too and had my naturopath muscle test me, but it was a cleansing reaction! I've been using it for about 9 months and will only get this reaction if I'm especially toxic that day-i.e. if I ate too much the night before, am constipated, or have eaten crap!
