Hi Viva

Yes, I know of a very good probiotic that is 100% live and active and multi-strained - 12 strains. It is encapsulated in a cellulose fibre gel that will ensure that when taken will not be destroyed by the stomach acids. Will enable the bacteria to be released in the intestines to work effectively and quickly.

Furthermore these 12 strains contain 5 colonizing (permanent) and the rest transient bacteria. It is important for the bacteria to work throughout the digestive system - large and small intestines. Contained in this 12 bacteria is one known as Enterococcus faecalis TH 10 (a colonizing strain) which has been shown in preliminary in vitro tests to be effective in inhibiting MRSA, VRSA and E. coli 0157. These are all well known Antibiotic resistant harmful bacteria.

If you want more info, please check out www.osumex.com. At the site, you can also navigate with the top left "product/solution" bar/links and most of the underscored words in color are futher links and info. Read the page where it compared freeze dried, liquid and live bacteria.

I will be glad to help and provide further info if you need. I hope this is useful and informative

Take care
