He should do clean water enema immediately, it can help!

Also, wash face with sea water, or water containing unrefined Sea Salt .

Stay away from sunlight and any strong light or heat!

Yoghurt (directly on his face) can also help.
Sliced cucumber on face and eyes can also help.

Avoid Sugar and any other processed foods in diet.
