If so, this is your gallbladder squeaking. It is a common situation which arises with fasting which is also why it is recommended to Liver Flush before and after the cleanse.

It is not usually a dangerous situation unless it becomes too tender and then you may need to consider a flush mid-cleanse. Most can wait and it is best if you resume normal digestion and elimination before Liver Flushing post cleanse.

I like to also feel *up* to it so, for me, this meant I just did my first cleanse last night after finishing up my 30 day cleanse on the last day of June. Again, listening to your body will help ensure success.

I hope this is what you are referring to. Some castor oil packs could help relieve the congestion too...
