Something is stuck in my sternum

I’m on 8th day of this first Master-Cleanse I’m learning something new every day.
For the last 3days every day towards the end of the day I been feeling like something is stuck in my (I don’t even what to call this area) I think it’s the sternum right under my bra line it feels like I swallowed something & its stuck there & I also have slight heartburn but I figured that is from the cayenne. I keep trying to push it down but I start to burped & it feels like its going up to my throat & back down
What is that? Any one has the same feeling?
