Kuster,

I've had trouble with the SWF. I've tried different amounts of salt and never seem to get rid of much. Of course, it didn't help that I put in 2 T of salt in my very first one and actually got most of it down! I've decided for the rest of my fast to do the teas both morning and evening but when I do another MC, I'll work on finding the right amount for me.
