Are you expelling all of the SWF? The bloating could be from any salt you are retaining. As for wanting more productive BMs, it takes time. It is likely that gunk is stuck in there. I had to do a Colon Cleanse (P&B shakes) between MCs to get the sludge to start coming out. A colonic might help get the wallpaper peeling so to speak.
