Hi Diane,
I have a jar of Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay. I just use food grade apple cider vinagre from the grocery store. I'm trying to switch over to organic everything, but it is a little expensive for me right now. I give priority to things I consume...although the skin absorbs everything you put on it...oh well, in time I'll have saved a little here and there so that I can buy all organic.

I didn't even think about the clay clogging the sink! I use quite warm water as it helps disolve the clay. I usually flush hot water down the drain afterwards. I may try wiping most of it off with a rag first...thanks for the tip KarenMarie!
