Hi you guys.
I decided to end the Master-Cleanse this Sunday....day 21. I had originally planned to do 40 days. I can't take this any longer. My cravings for food are so intense and I am so fatigued. Thanks for the support. I think this was a good catalyst for further weight loss. I will eat healthy and exercise. I miss exercise, and I find myself so tired to do it. When I was dieting and exercising, I had so much more energy and felt so much better than I do now. I don't think the Master-Cleanse is for me. Maybe I will do a few more 10 day fasts, but no longer than that. This is taking a toll on me. I just hope I don't binge on everything afterward!! OK, that's enough ranting for now. Thanks for reading.

P.S. I feel like a failure. :O(
