I've been wondering the same thing, If you knew you had to attend a function where you were eating all sorts of things you wouldn't normally...ie, beef etc. Why couldn't you the next am do a SWF...as if you would if you were starting your first Master-Cleanse day
the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) alway's works great the first morning after you last night of eating before the MC...lot's and lot's come out.

didn't know if using SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) other than during the Master-Cleanse would start not being a good idea, ie, border line beginnings of a eater disorder, dangerous and nothing to mess around with.

don't know the the long term affects of SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) from a medical standpoint is? just wondering
