I read on Dr. Clark's site about using Thiotic Acid (better known as Alpha Lipoic Acid) as a way of chelating excess gold from organs and tissues. On the page, she recommends taking "2 or 3 a day for several months" My question would be at what MG? In doing research, I found you could purchase capsules in the 100mg to 250mg variety. So am now still unsure of the dosage. My symptoms are exactly what she had listed in the page, including infertility. (you would have to look in the weight loss section to find it). I am fortunate to live 25 miles from a place called Beyond A Century (www.beyond-a-century.com) where they sell many wonderful things including the ALA so I did not have to wait for mailorder. Anyone know what the proper dosage would be?
