My journey to the Master-Cleanse started with a lady at work talking about Liver Flushing and how it helped her allergies and gave her more energy. A search on the internet for Liver Flushing brought me to curezone. I was more than overwhelmed by this site and it took a while before I felt comfortable moving around on here. I found "the list" with the preferred order of cleansing. I wanted to do that Liver Flush for my allergies, but decided to start with a Colon Cleanse first. I chose Colonix which suggests a 90 day program for your first time...ugh! In the age of instant gratification, 90 days seemed like an eternity! I started that cleanse mid-January of 2006. So, to help quell my impatience, I scoured curezone looking for information. It was in that time that I found this forum. At first glance, I thought you all were nuts! Fasting...how can anyone live without food? But, I continued to read and I bought the book! After that, I decided that I wanted to try it! After the bowel cleanse, I did 2 Liver Flushes and then jumped into the MC. And it has been a life changing experience! I have more energy...I feel younger!! And I've changed my eating habits! All through my first Master-Cleanse (14 days) I craved cheese!! Now, I hardly eat any at all. I was sitting here today eating my big salad with lots of fresh veggies and an avacado wondering how I'm going to make it through my 2nd Master-Cleanse without any avacados! :) I'm very proud of my accomplishment and I'm very grateful for this forum!
