Just out of curiosity, what made you decide to start the fast?

I'm now 140 lbs and I'm 5'9.

Feeling slightly better. If I can make it through this day, buy some more maple syrup, make tea and pass out, I'll be okay.

*crosses fingers*

I'm worried though. Tomorrow I start night grad school in addition to work. so I'll be immobile yet expected to be alert, attentive, etc from 9:30 am to 10 pm (not including travel times, getting up, traffic--Los Angeles, getting ready, etc)
