I have battled dry skin and won by a)showering, not taking baths)
b)not taking overly hot showers c)dry brushing before showering and d)udo's choice

I found udo's combo or a diet rich in omega-3s from walnuts, brazil nuts and almonds to work very well. You can forgo the udo's on days you get consume the nuts (make sure they are raw).
