Thanks for the responses guys... So if I'm planning on doing raw foods diet for a week following my MC, are grilled veggies allowed? I honestly don't plan on staying w/the raw, I love seafood, chicken, and yogurt, and am not willing to give those up so after a week of raw, I was thinking adopting a SouthBeach-ish diet to maintain.
