You will have to continue to use the discipline you gained through fasting with the Master-Cleanse to control your desire to eat once it is over. Sorry, but there are no easy answers, and many of us have failed to end the fast correctly at least once. Plan exactly, but realistically, what you will be eating and stick to that plan as carefully as you are sticking with the Master Cleanse. Many say it takes at least two weeks to form a new habit. Eating right after Master-Cleanse is a challenge we all face, many have failed, but many others eventually learn and succeed.
