Hi!

I read your diet, and if you're interested I'd like to consult with you about what you're doing to your body by depriving it of whole foods and filling it with saturated fats. Obviously you are concerned b/c you're giving yourself the gift of this fast. I applaud you for taking that step. Let me know if you want to talk about diet.
