I was wondering if the liver cleanse would still be effective if you put the Epsom Salt in apple juice or something besides water. I'm worried about the taste of the Epsom Salts . I am preparing to do the liver cleanse today, so I guess I will just experiment and see what happens. I have done a lot of reading in the last week and feel that this is what needs to be done to help me have more energy and not have unexplained aches and pains. I will post the results after I see what happens.
