I just posted info on Liver Flushing in my blog yesterday.

I would not worry about it until after you finish cleansing. You will want to resume normal digestion and elimination before doing a flush.

The other poster had a history of gallbladder problems so it was prudent for her to stop and do a flush since she was only at day 2. You should be fine unless you also have had gallbladder issues.
