i didn't start with the liver cleanse. i just went into the MC. but my goal was to do 10 days. now that i'm into it, i'm seeing that i can go longer and would like to. should i stop on the 10th day to do the liver cleanse or is it a bad idea? should i do the liver cleanse tomorrow on day 9? i don't even know what it is, but i'm sure i can find it on here, right?
